Lionel A. Baynes
CEO
Lionel A. Baynes has over 40 years’ experience in tax preparation, payroll services, bookkeeping and accounting. After several years working for large corporations and universities, he decided to use his expertise to service the local community. “Mr. B”, as he is known, established B’s Accounting and Tax Service in June 1990, and has built a solid reputation as a person of knowledge, accuracy and integrity. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with Baruch College in New York. Lionel is the founder and CEO of B’s Accounting & Tax Service.
Dionne M. Simmons
Director of Operations
Dionne M. Simmons has 25+ years’ experience in corporate America with various customer-facing, leadership, and training roles. She has a command of client success from a managerial, sales, administrative and leadership perspective. Dionne has worked in tax preparation for five years, and has quickly built a reputation with clients as being professional, honest and knowledgeable. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at Shorter University in Georgia, and will soon pursue her Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University in Georgia. Dionne is the Director of Operations at B’s Accounting & Tax Service.
Astrid Etnel
Office Assistant
Astrid Etnel has 20+ years’ service as the front office person with B’s Accounting. She is an entrepreneur in her own right, who manages several roles with panache. She is well known among the clientele and they rely on her to help them complete the administrative process. Astrid is the Office Assistant at B’s Accounting & Tax Service.
